SpinalFlow Sessions

Frequently asked questions.

1. What should I expect during a session?

Each session is a nurturing experience, where I hold space for your body to unravel stored patterns and tensions. You’ll feel a deep sense of calm as your body remembers how to heal and align itself, freeing you to feel more vibrant and alive.

2. How long does each session typically take?

A typical SpinalFlow session lasts around 25 to 35 minutes. This gives enough time to gently work with your spine’s access points and allow your body to unwind, release tension, and restore its natural flow of energy. The whole experience is designed to about 50 minutes encompassing awareness building and intention setting to honor your body’s process without rushing, allowing you to fully relax and receive the healing benefits.

I honor life’s natural rhythm, so arriving a few minutes late is understandable. And, I deeply value punctuality, as it allows me to fully invest my time in creating change for both you and others.

3. How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on how deeply your body’s energy has been restricted. Some women feel a profound shift after one session, while others benefit from a longer, more continuous journey to unwind years of stress and tension.

4. Are there any oils, creams or body butters used?

During a SpinalFlow session, no oils, creams, or body butters are used. The healing process is facilitated through gentle touch over your clothing, allowing your body to release and restore its natural flow without the need for any external products. This ensures that the focus remains entirely on your body’s energy and innate wisdom as it heals and realigns.

5. What should I wear?

This is your time to feel nurtured and respected, so think of what makes you feel at ease, safe, cocooned in comfort, and aligned with your feminine flow, unrestricted in your movement and/or breath. The SpinalFlow gentle touch takes place over clothing, not body skin.

6. Is it recommended to receive a SpinalFlow session during my menstrual cycle?

Yes, SpinalFlow is gentle and nurturing, making it perfectly safe and beneficial to receive while on your period. In fact, it can help release tension and emotional stress that often accompany menstruation, offering relief and allowing your body to realign with its natural rhythms. You may find the session to be even more grounding and soothing during this time, as it supports the body’s natural flow and feminine cycles.

7. Is SpinalFlow recommended for women experiencing menopause?
